FAQs for Businesses

Where claiming is available, find your sushi restaurant, open the listing and press Claim. Follow the available verification steps, then track the claim under My Businesses.

Available methods include a business-domain email, a website check, information already associated with the listing, or manual evidence. The options depend on the listing. We sometimes ask for more information or re-check a claim where reasonably necessary.

Available claim tools include:

• seeing the listing under My Businesses; and
• access to business contribution or support tools.

The available tools and any plan limits are shown in the account or claim flow. Use Support for Businesses if you need help with a listing.

On some listings you can join a claim interest waitlist so we know you want ownership when claiming opens. You can still use Support for Businesses for listing questions today.

Contact us with your sushi restaurant's name, location and website, and we'll look at adding it to the directory.

Visitors can leave reviews, votes, photos and edit suggestions where those tools are shown. Promotions and events are also available on supported listings. We publish content before or after moderation. Business-submitted content is identified where the feature supports it, but a claim or label is not an endorsement or guarantee of accuracy.

We review reports and submissions against our Community Guidelines. If something looks wrong, report it from the listing or contact Support for Businesses.

Directory top lists use recent engagement and other quality or relevance signals, including listing views, votes, favourites, contributions and ratings. Signals can come from the current directory or from activity across FrontOfWeb Directories.

Methods, time windows, eligibility and weighting can change and are not fully published to reduce manipulation. If paid prominence is introduced, it will be identified separately from ordinary ranking results.
