Using the site
Do I need an account to browse?
No. Anyone can search and browse public listings. An account adds available features such as favourites, reviews, votes, photos and edit suggestions.
How do favourites work?
Tap the heart on any listing to save it to your favourites. Your shortlist is tied to your account. Some saved activity is specific to one directory, while other activity is available across FrontOfWeb Directories.
Where does the listing information come from?
Listings combine information from businesses, users, public sources and third-party sources. We check information and submissions before or after publication, but do not verify every detail. If something is wrong or out of date, use Suggest an edit where available or contact us.
Something on a listing looks wrong or inappropriate. What can I do?
Every review, photo, promotion and event can be reported. Use the report option next to the content, tell us what's wrong, and a moderator will take a look.
Accounts
Does my account work on other FrontOfWeb directories?
Yes. The same account works across FrontOfWeb Directories. Available brands, memberships and features vary. You can see current memberships under My Sites where that page is available.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Use the forgot password page and we'll email you a reset link. If you're signed in, you can also change your password from account settings.
Contributing
How do community contributions appear?
Signed-in users can leave reviews, vote, upload photos, suggest edits, and submit promotions or events where those tools are shown. Submissions appear before or after moderation and are restricted or removed when they break our Community Guidelines.
