It uses authentic binchotan charcoal imported from Japan, with yakitori and sashimi prepared under chef Yoshihiro Tanaka, who trained in Japan and has over 25 years of experience. Japanese sake is served alongside the food, and the venue is open Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm until 1am.
